First seen May 25, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding NRICM102, a traditional Chinese medicine, to standard antibiotics helps adults hospitalized with community-acquired pneumonia get better faster. About 150 participants will take either NRICM102 or a placebo for 7 days while receiving usual care. Researchers will track how quickly they reach clinical stability and monitor for any side effects.
