New Two-Pill attack on Tough-to-Treat skin cancer
NCT ID NCT07449754
Summary
This study is testing whether taking two oral drugs together, belvarafenib and cobimetinib, can help control advanced melanoma that has a specific genetic change called an NRAS mutation. It is for adults whose cancer has spread and for whom standard treatments have not worked or are not an option. The main goal is to see if the tumor shrinks and how long the treatment keeps the cancer from getting worse.
