Summary
This study tests a new drug called 608 for people with a type of arthritis in the spine that doesn't show up on X-rays (non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis). The goal is to see if 608 can reduce pain and improve function better than a placebo. About 380 adults will take part, and the main measure is a 40% improvement in symptoms.
