Summary
This study enrolls 500 adults with nasopharyngeal cancer who are receiving radiation (proton or photon) plus chemotherapy. Researchers will collect imaging scans and blood samples to find markers that predict how well the cancer responds, what side effects occur, and long-term outcomes. The goal is to better understand which treatment works best for each patient.
