New cancer drug trial seeks to control advanced tumors

Summary

This study is testing a new drug called NP-G2-044 to see if it is safe and can help control advanced cancers that have spread. It will be given to about 140 adults, both by itself and combined with a common immunotherapy. The main goals are to find the right dose and check for early signs that the treatment is shrinking tumors.
