Summary

This study tests a new dermal substitute called NovoSorb BTM for treating deep skin defects from burns, injuries, or surgery. Researchers will compare skin elasticity and quality of life in 42 participants aged 1 to 75 years who receive the new substitute versus standard care. The goal is to see if the new material leads to better skin healing and flexibility.
