Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a drug called novobiocin, an antibiotic that blocks a protein cancer cells use to repair their DNA. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have specific gene mutations (like BRCA) that already weaken DNA repair. The study aims to find the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink or stabilize tumors. About 43 participants will be enrolled.
