New laser zaps tiny breast tumors without cutting

Summary
This study tests a laser therapy that destroys small breast tumors (15 mm or less) without surgery. About 122 women will receive the laser treatment, and researchers will check if it works as well as standard lumpectomy. The goal is to offer a less invasive option with faster recovery and fewer side effects.
