Summary

This study is testing a new 6-session training program designed to reduce feelings of loneliness in adults. Researchers will measure changes in participants' loneliness, mood, and brain activity before, immediately after, and three months after the training. The goal is to see if this specific mental conditioning can help people feel less lonely and more socially motivated.
