Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called LY4584180 in adults with certain blood cancers (like lymphoma) that have not improved after at least two prior treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, how the body processes it, and whether it can shrink tumors. About 460 participants will take part, and the study lasts around 9 months or longer.
