Scientists hunt for cancer clue in Patients' blood
NCT ID NCT07157579
Summary
This study aims to understand the role of a specific gene change, called a Notch1 mutation, in two types of blood cancer: Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL). Researchers will test blood and bone marrow samples from 80 patients to see how often this mutation appears and compare its presence between the two cancer types. The goal is to gather knowledge that may help guide future research and treatments, but this study itself does not provide any treatment.
