Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety of an experimental nose spray called NEO100 in children and teenagers with aggressive brain tumors. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see if the medicine can successfully reach the tumor in the brain. Researchers will also check for any side effects and gather initial information on whether the treatment might help.
