Summary

This study tests a drug called Northera (droxidopa) in children aged 7 to 17 with Menkes disease who still have symptoms like dizziness, fainting, and low blood pressure. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can improve these symptoms and quality of life. About 6 to 10 children will take either the drug or a placebo in a crossover design, meaning each child will try both.
