Summary
This study tested an oral vaccine (a pill) to see if it could protect healthy adults from norovirus, a common cause of severe vomiting and diarrhea. 165 participants received either the vaccine or a placebo, then were exposed to the virus in a controlled setting. The goal was to measure how many got sick and how the immune system responded.
