Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called CDI-988 in 40 healthy adults aged 18 to 49. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo before being exposed to the norovirus stomach bug. The goal is to see if CDI-988 can reduce symptoms like diarrhea and vomiting and lower the amount of virus in stool. Researchers will also monitor side effects and drug levels in the blood.
