Summary
This study looks at whether not using inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) in newborns with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) is safe and effective. About 600 babies will be enrolled across multiple hospitals. The goal is to see if avoiding iNO reduces the need for life support or death, and saves healthcare costs.
