First seen Mar 01, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study will use a special PET scan to track where the drug ivonescimab goes in the body of people with esophageal cancer. The goal is to see if the drug reaches the tumor and how it spreads, which could help doctors choose better treatments. About 50 adults with esophageal cancer will receive a radioactive version of the drug and then have PET scans. The study does not treat the cancer but aims to improve how we monitor drug activity.
