Summary

This study tests if cooling the inner ear can safely reduce tinnitus symptoms. Forty adults with chronic tinnitus will wear a noninvasive cooling device for 30 minutes in one session, then use it at home for six months. Researchers compare results to a sham group and track symptom changes through surveys.
