Summary
This study looks at how anaesthesia residents develop important non-technical skills—like communication, leadership, and stress management—when treating patients with multiple serious injuries. Researchers will interview 16 residents at different stages of training to understand how these skills improve over time. The goal is to improve training for doctors who handle emergency trauma cases.
