Summary
This study looks at how anaesthesia residents build important non-technical skills—like communication, leadership, and stress management—when caring for patients with multiple serious injuries. Researchers will interview 16 residents at different stages of their training to understand how these skills develop over time. The goal is to improve training and patient care, not to test a new treatment.
