NCT ID NCT07363018
First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a blood test measuring certain molecules (miRNAs) can help doctors choose the best time to transfer an embryo in women who have had multiple failed IVF attempts. About 546 women with unexplained recurrent implantation failure will be randomly assigned to either standard care or embryo transfer timed using the blood test results. The goal is to see if this personalized timing improves pregnancy rates.
