Summary

This study tests a non-invasive treatment that uses mild electrical pulses to calm a nerve cluster in the neck (stellate ganglion) in 32 postmenopausal women aged 50-65 with new sleep problems. The goal is to see if it improves sleep quality and changes estrogen levels. Participants cannot be taking any sleep medications.
