Blood test may predict best time for embryo transfer in IVF

Summary
This study tests whether a blood test that measures tiny molecules called miRNAs can help predict the best time to transfer an embryo in women who have had multiple failed IVF attempts. About 546 women with unexplained recurrent implantation failure will be randomly assigned to have their embryo transfer timed using this test or the usual method. The goal is to see if this personalized timing improves pregnancy rates.
