Summary

This study looks at whether special electrical and magnetic recordings taken from the skin can help doctors understand how the esophagus works without using tubes or surgery. About 90 adults with swallowing problems and healthy volunteers will take part. The goal is to find patterns that tell normal function apart from disorders like achalasia.
