Researchers test new scan to see inside clogged leg arteries
NCT ID NCT05689190
Summary
This study is testing a new, non-invasive way to measure blood flow in people with blocked leg arteries (peripheral artery disease). Researchers will compare measurements from a special angiogram scan to the current standard ultrasound method in 30 patients who are already scheduled for a procedure to open their arteries. The goal is to see if the new method is reliable and correlates well with the established test.
