New insulin pump aims to improve blood sugar control in type 1 diabetes

Summary
This study will test a new experimental insulin delivery system (NMX8) in 230 adults with type 1 diabetes who are not meeting their blood sugar goals with current automated insulin pumps. The goal is to see if the NMX8 system is safe and helps keep blood sugar in a healthy range better than existing systems. Participants will use either the new system or a standard one for comparison.
