Summary
This study will test a new experimental insulin delivery system (NMX8) in 116 people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who need insulin. The goal is to see if the new system is as safe and effective as the current Medtronic 780G system at keeping blood sugar in a healthy range. Participants will use either the new system or the current one for 3 months, and researchers will compare how well each controls blood sugar levels.
