Summary

This study tested if a therapy called Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) could help children with cerebral palsy who have trouble swallowing. 26 children received either the real NMES therapy or a fake version, along with standard swallowing exercises. Researchers measured changes in how well and safely the children could eat and drink.
