Summary

This study tests a new drug called NM8074 in 12 adults with a rare disease called atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS), which causes blood clots, low platelets, and kidney damage. The goal is to see if the drug can stop these symptoms and improve kidney function. Participants will receive the drug through an IV, and researchers will monitor their blood counts and kidney health over time.
