Summary

This study is creating a worldwide registry to learn more about Neutral Lipid Storage Disease (NLSD/TGCV), a rare condition where fat builds up in the body's cells. It aims to track the health of about 120 patients over time to understand how the disease progresses, what symptoms occur, and if treatments help. The goal is to gather information to improve future care for people with this condition.
