Summary
This study is for people with early-stage natural killer/T-cell lymphoma, a rare and aggressive cancer often linked to EBV. It compares three different sequences of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation to see which one keeps the cancer from coming back for at least two years. About 210 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the three treatment plans.
