Donor immune cells tested to stop deadly cancers from returning

NCT ID NCT06730009

Summary

This study is testing whether adding donor immune cells (called NK cells) to standard chemotherapy helps prevent cancer from coming back after surgery. It will involve about 42 adults with pancreatic or bile duct cancer who have had their tumor surgically removed. The research first aims to find a safe dose of the immune cells, then test if the cell-plus-chemo combination works better than chemotherapy alone.
