First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tested whether giving nivolumab (an immunotherapy) along with chemotherapy before surgery could help shrink tumors in people with stage I to IIIA non-small cell lung cancer. The trial enrolled 14 patients whose cancer could be surgically removed. The goal was to see if the treatment could reduce the amount of viable tumor tissue, but the study was stopped early, so results are limited.
