Experimental combo aims to outsmart Hard-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether combining two drugs—nivolumab (an immunotherapy that helps the immune system attack cancer) and ASTX727 (a two-drug pill that makes cancer cells easier to kill)—is safe and effective for people with B-cell lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. About 32 adults with certain types of lymphoma will take part. The main goal is to find the best dose and check for side effects, while also measuring how well the tumors shrink.
