New combo therapy offers hope for Tough-to-Treat lymphomas

Summary
This early-stage study tests the safety and best dose of combining two drugs—nivolumab and ASTX727—for people with B-cell lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. Nivolumab helps the immune system attack cancer cells, while ASTX727 makes cancer cells more vulnerable. The goal is to shrink or stabilize the cancer. About 32 adults with relapsed or refractory lymphoma will take part.
