Summary
This study surveys 400 doctors, nurses, and respiratory therapists worldwide to understand how non-invasive ventilation (breathing support via mask or helmet) is used outside intensive care units. The goal is to identify which patients receive it, how well it works, and what challenges exist. Results will help make this treatment safer and more consistent across hospitals and long-term care facilities.
