Summary
This study tested a drug called nirogacestat in 53 people with a rare type of ovarian cancer that had come back after treatment. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors or stop them from growing. Researchers measured how many patients had their tumors shrink and how long they lived without the cancer getting worse.
