New drug cocktail aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat prostate tumors

Summary
This study tests different combinations of the drug niraparib with other treatments in 136 men whose prostate cancer has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combinations can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels. Participants must have good performance status and continue hormone therapy if not surgically castrated.
