NCT ID NCT05265273
Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called nipocalimab in children and teenagers with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), a rare disease that causes severe muscle weakness. The main goals are to see how the drug behaves in the body, if it is safe, and if it can help reduce symptoms and improve daily life for these young patients. It is for children aged 2 to 18 who are not getting enough benefit from their current standard treatments.
