First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether nipocalimab can reduce lupus disease activity better than a placebo. About 600 adults with moderate to severe lupus will receive either the drug or a placebo for 52 weeks. The main goal is to see if more people on nipocalimab achieve a meaningful reduction in symptoms without worsening.
