Summary
This early-stage study tested the safety and side effects of a new drug called NIO752 for people with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), a rare brain disorder. The drug was injected into the spinal fluid of 59 participants to see how their bodies handled it. The main goal was to check for any safety issues, not to see if the drug improved symptoms.
