First seen Jun 03, 2026 · Last updated Jun 03, 2026

Summary

This study tests a combination of three treatments—nimotuzumab, an immunotherapy (PD-1 inhibitor), and chemotherapy—for people with advanced head and neck cancer that can still be surgically removed. The goal is to see if this mix improves how long patients live without the cancer coming back. About 182 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part, and they will be followed for at least two years.
