Summary
This study aims to understand how working night shifts affects blood sugar, metabolism, and health risks in hospital workers. Researchers will compare 40 employees who work night shifts with those who don't, tracking their glucose levels, sleep patterns, diet, and various health markers over two weeks. The goal is to gather knowledge about the health impacts of shift work, not to provide treatment.
