Can teaching NICU staff to work with parents boost preemie development?

NCT ID NCT07306000

Summary

This pilot study aims to test tools for a larger future trial. It will check if training hospital staff to partner more closely with parents in the NICU changes the baby's environment and supports their long-term growth. The study will enroll 100 very preterm infants and their parents to measure factors like noise levels, parent presence, and infant development over time.
