Can better nurse training give preemies more peaceful rest?
NCT ID NCT07052786
Summary
This study is testing a new training program for nurses who care for premature babies. The training teaches nurses how to group medical tasks together to reduce how often the babies are disturbed, aiming to help them rest and grow better. The researchers will compare nurses who receive the training to those who don't to see if it changes how they care for infants.
