Summary
This study tested whether adding nicotinic acid (a form of vitamin B3) to standard beta-blocker treatment could reduce the number of migraine days in people with moderate to severe migraines. Fifty-eight adults took either a low dose, high dose, or placebo for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if the combination therapy safely improves migraine prevention.
