First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study is adapting an existing counseling program to help young adults (ages 18-30) quit e-cigarettes. Researchers will first explore what makes it hard to quit and what would help, then test a video and phone counseling program with 20 participants to see if it's usable and satisfying. The goal is to create a practical, accessible tool for nicotine cessation.
