NCT ID NCT05621291

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at whether frequent blood and bone marrow tests can help doctors know if a child's leukemia will come back after CAR T-cell therapy. About 60 children and young adults aged 1 to 25 who have achieved remission after CAR T-cell therapy will be monitored every two weeks for two years. The goal is to better decide who needs a stem cell transplant and who can be cured with CAR T-cells alone.
