NCT ID NCT07502118

First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called Talikabtagene autoleucel (NexCAR19) for adults with certain blood cancers that have come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The goal is to control the disease and measure how well the therapy works and how safe it is. About 40 participants will be followed for up to 30 months.
