Summary
This study tests a new treatment called Talikabtagene autoleucel (a CAR-T cell therapy) for adults with B-cell cancers like leukemia or lymphoma that have come back or not responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target cancer cells. The goal is to shrink or control the cancer, but ongoing monitoring is needed.
