Does picking a Baby's doctor early get them checked on time?
NCT ID NCT07329192
Summary
This study looked at whether choosing a family doctor for a newborn before leaving the hospital helps parents get the baby's first required checkup done during the recommended second week of life. Researchers followed 120 healthy, full-term newborns by giving parents a questionnaire at the hospital and calling them one month later. The goal was to see if early planning makes a difference in completing this important early health visit on schedule.
